How do I get gold?
You can get gold by winning golden matches, winning games while you have a golden feather, or pay for it by going to “buy cards” on the ederon website, or trading in your cards by going to the shopping page and going to “sell cards”
How do I get gems?
From golden matches, trading in your cards by going to the shopping page and going to “sell cards”, or trading in gold for gems in the shopping page under “items”
How do I get cards?
From golden matches or buying them with gold by going to the shopping page and going to “cards”, or bidding on “server bids” on shopping page.
My deck wont load and I instantly lose games. Also when I edit my deck it says I need a puzzle box.
This may be the result from starting an account from an old client. To fix this start a new account. also make sure you checked the box next to your deck.
I win/lose but my rating won’t change
Rating is only affected in rating matches.
What is a golden match?
They occur randomly when doing rating matches. If you win you can get gold, cards, or gems.
What can I do with gems?
They are used as a trading fee, they can buy items, and avatars. Go to the shopping page on the top right of lobby or on the main menu

you need the "trader's contact" to trade. this can be bought under the item tab of shopping page for 5500 gold
what does retract, conjoined, splintering, shattering, fast strike etc. mean?

I just lost connection and I cannot log back in. it says "username taken".
just wait a couple minutes and try again
I paid using Paypal and didn't receive my gold coins yet.
Ederon Team is always alerted when a payment doesn't get processed by their systems automatically, so don't worry, you don't have to email them. Just wait up to 24 hours and your gold will be added manually by the staff. Make sure you click on "Return to Merchant Website" next time you use Paypal to get your gold automatically and avoid this delay.

YES chak! this is definitely what we need. Tooo Tooooo many times have I seen those exact questions in the lobby being asked by 2-3 different new players at the same time. Great job

It might be a good idea to have this accessible directly from the lobby under a "Help" button or something similar. |

| yes, great job Chak....also, we need a section which explains how to get a match...many new players ask in the lobby for a match. They should know that they should be clicking the rating match button to get a fairly paired up match (well most of the time its fair :P) |

If a player can't get a match they shouldn't be playing a card game then hehe. It shouldn't take more then a minute to realize you can use your mouse to click on things =D
But yea this kinda of question normally comes from players who likes to ask before reading. I'd say at least 20% of the gamer population are like that, so there is no way to avoid. Same way people say "Gem Lapidary is not working" without actually having Gem of Lapidary =D
